Update on Squad Times & Club night dates

👋 Hey swimmers, an update for your calendars please…. It’s a long one so buckle in.

As of Monday 19th October 2026;

Monday- 6-7am, 5.15-6.16pm

Tuesday- 6-7am, 5.15-6-15pm

Wednesday- 6-7am, 5.15-6.15pm

Friday- 6-7am, 3.30-4.30pm.

Due to Thursday Club Nights, Thursday are going to be a bit different.

Here’s how they’re going to look 👀

NON Club Nights: 5.30-6.30pm

October: 15th, 29th,

November: 12th, 26th

December: 10th,

CLUB Nights: warm up 5pm, starts 5.30pm

October: 22nd,

November: 5th, 19th,

December: 3rd (final Club Night for 2026).
